Realised it’s been *just* over 5 years since we met in a coffee shop, bonded over our love of festivals and hatred of diet culture, bounced around so many wild and wonderful ideas, became mutually obsessed and decided to go to Bulgaria together.

We’ve since co-facilitated hundreds of events & workshops, ran a business, tried our hardest to help and guide people away from toxic body image BS, and challenged each other in the coolest and most compassionate of ways.

Plus we’ve helped each other through the worst days, helped heal through heartbreak and grief, had unbelievable times dancing in fields and speaking on stages and singing our hearts out to musicals. And so many memories to come.

About JUICE: London’s best plus-size performers are unapologetically taking up space. Juice is a comedy show made with real-life stories and a couple of sturdy chairs.

Featuring seasoned performers from The Free Association, Hoopla, UCB, Yes Queens, The Descendants, Taco Cat, Jacuzii, NANA, Slumber Party, Do The Right Scene and Summer Camp.

Special Guest: Alison Spittle. The presenter of BBC Sounds Wheel of Misfortune, and has also appeared on Off Menu, Guilty Feminist, and The Gargle, and is in the British Comedy Guide Best Reviewed Shows 2022.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS…  🙏🏼Previous participants have been nervous but ended up loving it. We’ve had people who’ve had double mastectomies come and be topless for the first time in years and we even had one woman frame her print and give it as a gift to her husband on her wedding day.

🍑It’s open to all women, female-identifying & gender non-conforming folks of all sizes/shapes who want to print their boobs or chest! We use gender expansive language and make it super gentle for even the most introverted to come out of their comfort zone.

Last month, @antidietriotclub and @bigyogaclub teamed up to host New Year More You aka ONE OF THE BEST DAYS EVER! January was VERY bleak here in the UK, but this full day of fat positive community, creativity, movement, and of course the cute AF plus size clothing swap really helped to lift everyone’s spirits.

Cute things that happened:
💖People played and laughed a lot at @bigyogaclub’s amazing session
💖Olly @queerfatmodel shared how welcoming they found the life drawing space
💖12 beautiful people of all shapes volunteered to life model
💖Someone found an epic blue co-ord suit in the Swap and EVERYONE cheered
💖We celebrated our bodies in @TheCurveCatwalk
💖The winter ☀️ through the windows made us all glow
